The Foundation operates Kaywon Middle School of Arts, Kaywon High School of Arts, and Kaywon University of Arts & Design under a long-term strategy to develop talents in culture and art.
Under the founding philosophy of 'Globalization of Korean culture and art through the development of talents,' we are committed to discovering artistic talents at an early stage and provide systematic education with the aim to foster talents.

Currently there are 16 departments under five sectors (Art, Communication, Media & Technology, Lifestyle, Space) providing high-quality education. Kaywon School of Arts opened as the first art middle school in Gyeonggi-do in 2010.
With the vision of cultivating creative artistic talents to lead the 21st century, we discover talented students at an early age and provide systematic and professional education in fine art, music and dance. In particular, we focus on English department to help them compete in the global arena. At our institute, students can build a strong foundation to become creative artists.

Founded in 1980, Kaywon High School of Arts is an art school specializing in fine art, music, dance, play and film.
Our goal is to foster artistic talents who will contribute to the development of Korean culture as well as social culture in the world through creativity and humility based from Christian beliefs.

Since its foundation, Kaywon High School of Arts has led the education of arts and development of talents with the aim of globalization of Korean culture.
With state-of-the-art facilities built over 17,000㎡ land area and more than 450 professors, we help our students reach their full potential and develop creativity through advanced educational programs.

Established to encourage alumni to help build reputation of Kaywon School and Paradise Group, the award has been a great source of motivation and pride for both students and graduates. Actor Hwang Jeong-min received the first award held in 2017.
