Paradise Welfare Foundation was established in 1994 based on the corporate philosophy of human respect.
Since then, the foundation has been committed to improving the quality of lives of people with disabilities and those in need by presenting practical solutions.
We develop educational contents and treatment programs for children and youth with disabilities and support various academic organizations and agencies through creative and effective services. As part of our long-term plan, we plan to focus on solving fundamental issues and raising awareness. We will continue to invest our resources and expertise in order to create a more inclusive environment and promote diversity and non-discrimination.

Paradise Welfare Foundation is specialized in improving welfare for people with disabilities. Leveraging our expertise, we identify the blind spots in the special education system and offer unique programs to support our cause.
In order to help children with disabilities grow up with dignity and become an independent member of the society, we develop personalized educational contents to support their development and provide practical and effective tools and educational materials. Buddy & Kiddy is a program developed by the Foundation to raise children’s awareness of disabilities as part of our efforts to embrace diversity and create a more inclusive society.
Enriching the life of people
with disabilities through culture and art
We provide opportunities for people with disabilities to enjoy culture and art.
Isori Ensemble is the first hearing-impaired children’s choir established in 2009. They are defying the prejudice that hearing-impaired people cannot sing and are inspiring people around the world. Specialized music education is given for the members wearing cochlear implants and hearing aids. Through the training, they experience music and learn how to create sounds. The program helps children to develop self-esteem and social skills. Overcoming their limit, Isori Ensemble is a great example of embracing diversity and is a shining hope for our society.
Isori Festival
As one of the major social contribution activities of Paradise Group,
Isori Festival is a new kind of art and culture festival with participation by students with disabilities and Kaywon University of Art and Design students.
The students and the faculty members of the University operate booths offering various contents including animation, exhibition, space production, media, and flower makings. Employees of PARADISE not only volunteer but also actively participate in the program.
Through communication and interaction, the Festival provides meaningful opportunities for children with disabilities to experience and create art.

Changing the paradigm of welfare service through imagination
and pioneering spirit
At Paradise Welfare Foundation, we identify the needs of society and turn them into meaningful projects.
Since establishment, we have worked with social welfare experts and introduced various practical programs based on theories while taking initiatives to improve the quality of education and raise awareness.
We share our resources and expertise as a welfare foundation and create synergy.
The Foundation aims to continue to innovate the welfare services and change the paradigm.
In order to solve social issues, we will create a strong framework and develop long-term projects rather than offer temporary support to provide more detailed and higher quality service. In addition, we will create synergy by leveraging the resources and expertise of Paradise Group.
