The Paradise Welfare Foundation was established in 1994, rooted on the corporate philosophy of respect for humanity, the cornerstone of Paradise Group.
We have dedicated ourselves to being a compassionate companion to marginalized groups in our society, and created practical alternatives to improve their lives. We have developed educational content and therapeutic programs for children and youth with disabilities, continually providing innovative services that enrich their quality of life through culture and the arts.

Isori Festival
The Isori Festival strives to be a celebration where everyone can enjoy themselves together, regardless of disability, ability, cultural background, or any other distinction, respecting individual uniqueness.
The Isori Festival features high-quality cultural and artistic experience booths operated by university students, leveraging their academic specialties.
Paradise employees also participate in the event with a passion that goes beyond mere volunteering, actively contributing as key players.
The festival’s significance lies in going beyond simply enjoying culture and the arts, and fostering an atmosphere where differences are naturally embraced, broadening understanding of disabilities and breaking down the walls of prejudice.
The Paradise Welfare Foundation has long been dedicated to bridging the gap between people with disabilities and the cultural arts.
Isori Ensemble, the world's first choir of hearing-impaired children successfully challenges the prejudice that hearing-impaired individuals can’t sing. Through specialized music education for children with cochlear implants and hearing aids, they have miraculously enabled the children to feel the beauty of music and grow. Isori Ensemble, surpassing limitations and embodying the value of difference, has become an icon of hope in our society.
Furthermore, the Paradise Welfare Foundation has been dedicated to helping students with disabilities discover their potential and continue positive social lives through various art education programs, such as adapting traditional Korean musical instruments to make them easier for individuals with disabilities to learn.

We create and distribute various practical diagnostic tools, teaching materials, and educational aids that are highly useful in the field. Through these efforts, we promote the quantitative and qualitative advancement of special education.
Our foundation further develops and implements educational to improve disability awareness. These programs utilize various media formats like puppet shows, educational plays, and animated stories to foster respect for diversity and alleviate prejudices towards disabilities, ultimately achieving social integration.
